The Benefactor determines the amount of a voluntary charitable donation at his/her own discretion. The Benefactor understands and accepts that the donation made is non-refundable under any circumstances.

The Foundation independently determines the amount and directions of use of the charitable donation to achieve the goals, objectives, directions, etc. within its own statutory activities.

If the amount specified in the project’s collection goal is not received, the amount will be used to implement this project in the corresponding amount that was collected or will be used to implement other projects of the Foundation. The benefactor agrees to the redistribution/use of his/her contributions in other projects.
